Mistral Blast Freezer

The Mistral blast freezer (-22°F to +50°F / -30°C to +10°C) or blast chiller cabinets IBC (+23° to +40°F / -5°C to +5°C) with special ceiling evaporator.


By means of special devices made of stainless steel for the air propulsion, a high quality of blast freezer - blast chiller is reached without any direct circulation on the products.

Large surfaces of evaporators are used, variable distances of the thin layers 7,10 or 12 mm are guaranteeing production periods up to 12 hours without defrosting.

The defrosting of the system can be turned on even with some products inside.

The blast freezer - blast chiller can be used as chilling system if necessary (0°F / 18°C).
