Automatic fruit glaze sprayers

Equipment:

Bakon fruit glaze sprayers were specifically developed to spray glaze, aspic and jam at a given temperature, in high volumes, on different shaped products.


Applications:

Automatic Bakon fruit glaze sprayers provide a simple and cost effective way to spray glaze or jam on different shaped and sized products such as Danish pastries, puff pastries,

cakes, etc ...

The installation can be customised and combined with the automatic Bakon fondant sprayer and other Bakon equipment.


Working Principle:

Glaze or jam is sucked from a tank, bucket, container or melting kettle and pumped through a special filter and heat exchanger to the gun.

 

A product sensor scans the products and opens the guns automatically. Any over-sprayed glaze or jam is collected and recycled.


Standard Design:

Spray unit with mechanical height adjustment, two separate conveyors, one self-cleaning in-feed/spray and one out-feed section, with plastic belts and variable speed control.
Spray guns are installed above the spray section of the conveyor with adjustable height and width.
A distance controlled product sensor, i.e. the guns open automatically once a certain distance has been covered.
A removable hopper to collect over-sprayed glaze.
A tray at the in-feed and out-feed section of the machine to collect crumbs.
A control panel with electronic temperature controller to select and switch on and off the spray gun.
An integrated signal to monitor heat and compressed air.
A security device to prevent the glaze from burning while it flows through the system.
A special pressure control to provide an even spray pattern.
