JELLY SATELLITE WITH CONVEYOR

A progressive system to spray glaze within manual and automatic production processes.

System:

"It is possible to extend the system to an industrial glaze spray machine in order to increase the quantity of sprayed glaze from 0.6 to 2 ltr. per minute at 85°C."

The equipment can be combined with the Jelly Satellite II or Jelly Satellite Twin Power. The sprayers are mounted on a moveable 400mm wide polycord rope conveyor. The machine can also be pneumatically powered.

The conveyor is provided with automatic spray guns and a rapidly removable system, which ensures quick conversion from manual spray guns to an automatic system.

The conveyor can be supplied with the following accessories:

	Spray guns for glaze or other materials
	Product signalling
	Extra air mix gun
	Stopper combined with product signalling
