Manual Fondant Sprayers

Fondant Sprayer 24 ltr.
Equipment:

The fondant sprayer saves time and space.

It has been developed to manually spray fondant.

 

The pressurized container of the machine has a capacity of about 6 GAL. Compressed air pushes the fondant through a heating coil and the heated product tube to the manual gun.

 

The fondant temperature is easily adjusted at the control panel. Air mist in the spray head of the gun determines the spray pattern. Liquid pressure and air pressure are adjustable at the control panel.

 

The inspection trap at the side of the machine facilitates cleaning. The standard version is designed for right-handed operators, but a left-handed version is also available. The machine complies with HACCP directives and the A standards.

for manual spraying of fondant.

The machine

Saving of time and of product with the Fondant Sprayer. This machine is especially developed for the manual spraying of fondant.

By means of a hand spray gun fondant can easily be put on the product. The pressure vessel contains approximately 10 liters of fondant.

By means of air pressure the fondant is pressed to the hand spray gun through a heater and a heated hose. The required fondant temperature is easy to adjust on the control panel.

 

The spraying patterns are formed by using extra spraying air in the spray head of the spray gun. The product pressure and the spray air pressure can be adjusted on the control panel, so that the required spraying pattern can be achieved and the output canbe determined.

 

The machine is easy to clean and is completely manufactured according to HACCP guidelines and CE norms.
