Melting Kettle

The Bakon melting kettle is a double-jacketed kettle with stirrer to pre-heat fondants, jams, chocolate, grease and other liquids.

It is provided with a stirrer (with or without plastic scraper) and hinged cover with safety switch to stop the stirrer as soon as the cover is opened.

 

The control panel of the kettle offers the following functions:

  • Machine heater on/off
  • Stirrer on/off
  • Signal light for thermal disruptions

The kettle also comes with a temperature adjustment on the heating coil.

 

This heated kettle is made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials. It is built on heavy stainless steel wheels and can be moved easily.


Applications:

The kettle can be connected to Bakon fondant, fruit glaze, egg wash and grease sprayers, etc.

 

It can also be provided with one or more manual spray guns or a depositor to spray or deposit fondant, jam, chocolate or grease.

Melting kettle with non-corrosive pump and manual spray gun;
Melting kettle with depositor unit;
Capacity of 50 to 400 l;
Stirrer without scraper;
24 hour timer for stirrer;
Digital temperature adjustment;

The kettles capacity can be customised from 50 to 400 l according to customer wishes.
