Chocospray | Equipment:Chocospray 100 has been developed according to users requirements and allows direct spraying of chocolate coating from a reservoir, which is heated by circulating hot air with digitally adjustable temperature.
Due to the use of electrically heated tubes, the chocolate remains liquid until it is sprayed.
