Chocospray

Equipment:

Chocospray 100 has been developed according to users requirements and allows direct spraying of chocolate coating from a reservoir, which is heated by circulating hot air with digitally adjustable temperature.

 

Due to the use of electrically heated tubes, the chocolate remains liquid until it is sprayed.

Use of cocoa butter, 10 to 20% less grease
Special decoration possibilities are: thin layer, thick layer, orange skin effect, snow effect, cocoa powder effect, granulate effect or stripes
