Disk Sprayer

To spray egg wash, water, liquor and other thin liquids.

Equipment:

The Bakon egg wash and grease sprayer has been specifically developed to spray egg wash, oil, water, liquor and other thin liquids on differently shaped products while controlling your over-spray. It consists of a conveyor, a head with 2 or more discs and a container.

Due to the quick spinning of the discs, the liquid is sprayed as a thin layer on the product. A cover protects the discs.

The product quantity pumped to each disc is adjustable. A steel tray underneath the conveyor collects the over-spray.

Options:

Three or more discs, depending on the required width
Removable conveyor
Different dispensers (for sugar, nuts etc.)
Refrigerated container

Applications:
