In a single operation you can shape and bake, within 2 minutes, the finest tart shells in a variety of shapes and sizes with virtually any dough - savoury or sweet.

 

The results are uniform, perfectly shaped and always golden brown. At a fraction of the cost of buying pre-baked pastry shells, you can achieve fresher products, labor savings, and above all offer pure quality products to your valued customers.

An additional feature of the Bakon Press-N-Bake allows you to create pastries and savory canopies with an assortment of fillings that can be finished in your oven or frozen for later use.
