The BakonTop Cream Series represents the latest generation of its kind and is ideally suited to whip fresh cream, vegetable cream, decoration and mixing of whipped cream and other kinds of cream with various ingredients such as fresh fruit or chocolate pieces.
Applications:
Cream whipped with Top Cream has a wonderfully light taste and can be easily digested.
The cream is more consistent, more stable and remains decorative for a longer time.
The sharp lines of the whipped cream remain on all products.
The air gets blown evenly on the whipped cream, which becomes more stable and increases in volume.
Top Cream complies with HACCP directives.
The machines are completely made of stainless steel and are easy to clean manually. Every component of the machine in contact with whipped cream is removable.
Every Top Cream machine is provided with an ozone band, which allows automatic disinfection of the entire machine after cleaning.
Top Cream is very user friendly. The operation key- pad is installed at an ergonomic height; the machine is easy to use and moveable.

Top Cream 5 - 30 Quarts
Top Cream 2-10 and 5-30 can also be connected to an existing compressed air line.
