The Bakon melting kettle is a double-jacketed kettle with stirrer to pre-heat fondants, jams, chocolate, grease and other liquids.
It is provided with a stirrer (with optional plastic scraper) and hinged cover with safety switch to stop the stirrer as soon as the cover is opened.
The control panel of the kettle has the following functions:
- Machine/heater on/off
- Stirrer on/off
- Signal light for thermal disruptions
The kettle is also provided with a temperature adjustment on the heating coil. 
Applications:The kettle can be connected to Bakon fondant, fruit glaze, egg wash or grease sprayers. It can also be supplied with one or more manual spray guns or a depositor to spray, or deposit, fondant, jam, chocolate or grease.
