Equipment:The icing sprayer saves time and space. It has been developed to manually spray fondant. The pressurized container of the machine has a capacity of about 6 GAL. Compressed air pushes the fondant through a heating coil and the heated product tube to the manual gun.
The fondant temperature is easily adjusted at the control panel.
Air mist in the spray head of the gun determines the spray pattern. Liquid pressure and air pressure are adjustable at the control panel.
The inspection trap at the side of the machine facilitates cleaning. The standard version is designed for right-handed operators, but a left-handed version is also available. The machine complies with HACCP directives and the A standards.
