We have the Compact, the 30 kg and the 80kg as well as the batch tempering
The 30 kg and the 80kg can be equipped with an enrobing belt (7” for the 30kg and 11” for the 80kg). The enrobing belt is available in 2 versions
(a) with extension discharge and
(b) with truffle extension
They can also be equipped with an automatic or standard pneumatic scraper. This machine will automatically fill the moulds and scrape them.
Batch: this machine automatically tempers the chocolate (130L in about 45 to 55 minutes). |
