Snipper Flaking Machine


This table-top model is easy and safe to operate. It produces appealing flakes of chocolate from blocks with a consistent quality.

 

Typical output is 5 kg of flakes within 15 to 30 min. depending on thickness of the flakes and/or temperature of the blocks. The flakes are collected in a tray that can be monitored thanks to a small window.

 

 


Basic

This model uses a rotating movement of the knives to produce the flakes. It flakes simultaneously 2 blocks (2.5kg or 5kg) and is able to produce 10kg or 22lb. of chocolate flakes within 10 to 20 minutes. The flakes are collected in two drawers.

 

 

Curl

This is the answer to the production of curled flakes. With the action of the cylinder knife equipped with 6 knives, one can process 10kg or 22lb. of chocolate in 6 to 13 minutes.
