Equipment:The Bakon gearwheel depositor (with or without additional rollers) is an industrial depositor for the depositing of semi-liquid materials or hard dough with very high accurary.
Built on a C-frame (up to 24" width) or dismantable frame (from 32" width), it is supplied with a digital control panel that lets you pre-program and alter 25 different products very easily, even during production.
The machine can effortlessly be integrated in an existing production line. A production of 30 to 50 cycles per minute is possible, depending on the complexity of the product. 
Applications:The machine is designed for the depositing of
creams, cake batter, muffin batter, fruit fillings, sponge cake and other semi-liquid products. It is built in modules and thus designed for easy dismantling, which makes cleaning easy and quick. Bakon uses standard electronic components, which can be bought all over the world. The bearing and main switch box are splashproof sealed and the other parts meet IP65 standard.
To deposit higher viscous creams or batters, the machine is equipped with suitable in-feed rollers to produce various pastries such as meringues, stars, gingerbread etc.
