Patrick Peeters is Chef Chocolatier at Godiva Chocolatier. He was born and trained in Belgium and worked among others for the Marriott Hotel and the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy. 

 

This is a practical course designed for participants with chocolate making experience. New recipes will be demonstrated and produced encompassing modern techniques of moulding, enrobing, transfer sheets and original decoration methods.
